Molding machine suitable for the production of Baguettes.

Features

  • Suitable for production of Baguette loaves.
  • Can be placed directly on a work table and the product can be discharged into an inclined surface or, on demand, can be equipped with a trolley.
  • Rolling cylinders coated with a plastic material which is suitable for the food industry.
  • A hand wheel controls the incoming rolling cylinders, with decimal precision, a second hand wheel regulates the length of the Baguette (max. 70 cm).
